At first I was a nervous wreck but my trainer reassured me all would be fine. The training room is a perfect size to accomplish what you are there to do, you get a lot more than what you pay for with the staff being so polite and non-stop reassuring the trainees and keeping them calm and focussed, I am more than likely to recommend the Forklift School to work colleagues, friends and family. Thank you.

Attended Reach and Counterbalance refresher training. Instructor was warm, friendly and concise with modern up-to-date instruction with relevance.  The centre was clean, modern, with new equipment and facilities to hand (tea, coffee free of charge). All staff had a very warm and friendly demeanor. Being self-funded, I thought I got a very fair deal and what I have learnt will stand me in good stead for the future.

From the moment I arrived, I was put at ease by my instructor. He was professional and always there to answer any questions I had. Facilities were really good. Relaxed atmosphere all round. I was nervous but the instruction was amazing. Great 7 points pass. Becki was lovely and polite when dealing with. Gary greeted me at the door on arrival - very polite.

When I arrived I was nervous, but this soon vanished when I met the instructor. He was welcoming and friendly and soon had me at ease. During training everything was explained. The time passed quickly and I has passed the course too.

The trainer/instructor was very professional. All aspects of the course were explained in great detail. The training centre was very sufficient and the course was good value for money. I came away very satisfied with the skills I learnt and I would recommend the training centre and the instructor.
